What you will do


  • Contribute to the company's success by continuously collecting, analyzing and reporting on sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance and efficiency
  • Create and distribute regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance metrics and KPIs and to drive data-driven decisions
  • Assist in developing and refining sales forecasts and pipelines and tracking progress against sales targets
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members on systems, processes and tools.
  • Working on cross-functional projects with Marketing and Customer Success & the assessment of tools to improve processes.


What you are good at


  • Successfully completed studies ideally with a focus on business administration, economics or data processing
  • Experience working in sales operations, business analysis, sales or a related role within a Saas or technology company
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Preset) and other sales enablement technologies. Experience with working with Hubspot is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly and concisely
  • Well-structured way of working and high level of accuracy and attention to detail in work deliverables
  • High level of personal motivation and willingness to learn
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Fluent in German and English
