A leading Chemical Producer with a global market is seeking a

Sales Manager Chemical Products Verkaufsleiter

in order to grow its business in the German Market.

The Sales Manager will be home-office based in Germany and will have the responsibility to grow the business in the assigned area trough frequent and regular face to face visits to existing and potential customers.

You will promote the sales of chemical ingredients by working closely with customers, their R&D Department and the Lab of our Company to help customers in finding the best solution for their needs. The role will also lead and develop the direct sales relationship with new customers in the assigned area.

The goal of the role is to establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in the assigned customer accounts in order to grow the business of the Company in Germany, which has always been our main market in Europe.

The role will also require the sales manager to prepare quotes and manager follow-up with customers until contract conclusion and handover to order processing.

Requirements:

• Successfully completed study of a chemical or technical subject
• At least 4-5 years experience in Sales and preferably in the Chemical Industry or Industrial or Personal Care Applications.
• Availability to travel frequently in DACH Area
• Target-oriented, self-reliant, and strong negotiating mindset
• Proactive approach to business and strong communication skills
• German as mothertongue, good English skills
