The EMEA Sales Manager will lead a dynamic team of Account Executives in our growing EMEA sales region. Furthermore the Sales Manager, helps to shape the Storyblok sales concept for the region and scales revenue to the next level. In addition, the Sales Manager oversees sales activities in the assigned territories. Co-owns together with the Sales Director plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals. Ideal candidates should possess solid business-to-business sales and prior Sales management experience in a SaaS company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Development of a growing & diverse team of Account Executives
  • Strategically partner with the Sales Director EMEA to drive growth
  • Supporting Account Executives with their client engagements
  • Build strong team relationships & culture and collaboration across the Storyblok ecosystem
  • Leading of weekly forecast & deal review meetings
  • Drives pipeline generation and progression initiatives to support Storyblok's growth
  • Professionally develop Account Executives in building strategies to ensure Storyblok's value proposition is well positioned and prospects understand their return on investment
  • Accurate reporting and forecasting on revenue and sales activities
  • Attend as needed trade shows, customer meetings, team events, strategic meetings for the Sales leadership team
  • Being an enabler for a positive team spirit

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives in the B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience in collaborative sales & working with extended teams
  • Experience in selling transformational SaaS solution that have a technology aspect
  • Passion for growing and supporting a diverse team
  • Interpersonal skills; being able to inspire (internally and externally)
  • Experience negotiating contracts with enterprise customers. (Excellent negotiation skills)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Reliable, accurate and independent working style, attention to detail
  • Extensive network in the B2B SaaS Spaces and outstanding communication skills.
  • Cross-cultural awareness
  • Experience in leading a team in a remote environment.
  • Experience in a "land-and-expand" sales model
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
