Your Role with us

  • You lead and motivate your sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating sales team members.
  • You oversee sales deals while monitoring and managing your team’s performance against sales targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics, and take corrective actions as needed to optimize their sales performance.
  • You supervise and nurture customer relationships to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty. This involves developing robust customer connections and recognizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • You continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to guarantee its efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with sales strategies and objectives, including identifying and addressing bottlenecks, streamlining sales operations, and leveraging sales tools and technologies for improved productivity.

What you bring to the table

  • You have 10+ years of experience in sales within the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry, with a proven track record of target achievement and is ready to jump into a leadership role. Exposure to a scale up environment and previous leadership experience is a big plus!
  • You are an expert in all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You have a proven ability to build relationships with customers and partners at senior management, director and C-Level by leveraging your domain knowledge and communication skills.
  • You are familiar with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC, and used to work with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot to manage your sales pipeline.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and in English.
