Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be focused on selling our logistics services (Air, Ocean, and Road) to both international and domestic clients. This role is not vertical-specific, allowing the Sales Executive to engage with customers across various industries and regions.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics market. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients across multiple verticals. Understand their logistics needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our Air, Ocean, and Road logistics services. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals to meet revenue goals. Ensure contracts are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry. Experience with Air, Ocean, or Road services is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from diverse industries.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of international and domestic logistics markets. Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
