Position: Sales Director

Salary: €120k - €140k
A leading company in the metal additive manufacturing space, renowned for its cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions, is expanding its footprint in the DACH region and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join the team.
As the Sales Director for the DACH region, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and leading the regional sales team. This is a remote position based in Germany, where you will leverage your expertise in metal additive manufacturing machine sales to achieve ambitious growth targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the market presence in the DACH region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading and managing a successful sales team in the metal additive manufacturing machine industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the DACH region.
- In-depth knowledge of metal additive manufacturing technologies and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales plans.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of collaboration with the team.
