An autonomous SME business, part of a larger international PLC, is looking to recruit a Sales Director for its’s Glass curtain walls to accelerate it’s revenue and profits. As a distributor of systems, this business targets small to medium size external glass curtain wall projects across the EU via specifiers, specialists and contractors with immediate availability from stock.

The role of Sales Director will see you as a site responsible and leading a team of 15 staff including sales, customer service and technical. This role requires a sales professional that wants to ‘own’ the sales function with the ability to structure, restructure, introduce new ways of thinking, working and selling. You will be high energy, high impact and completely autonomous in the way you conduct business. You’ll know the construction industry well and be well networked.

This may be your first director position, or you may be an experienced executive that wants to move away from the corporate ‘hand cuffs’ that stop you from running things your way.

English is the international language of the group so you must be business fluent in English.
