6-month contract

€65 - €75 per hour – based on a 40-hour working week

Digital Skills is thrilled to collaborate with a leading global retailer in their pursuit of an outstanding Retail Marketing Manager. You'll play a pivotal role in managing the creation of seamless retail toolkits and in-store experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle from ideation to execution.

Project Overview:

The project involves creating seamless retail toolkits and assets to showcase category activations both in retail locations and digital platforms. Additionally, the project includes developing in-store experiences in the showroom and providing guidance for market sell-in meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Creation of Retail & Digital Toolkits
• Prepare agency briefs and project overviews.
• Create a workback schedule aligned with the project timeline.
• Organize and manage external agency meetings and presentations.
• Provide feedback on creative proposals and ensure alignment with project guidelines.

Oversee Production and Delivery

• Share creative and production feedback during the production phase.
• Ensure deliverables align with strategy and guidelines.
• Oversee the setup and execution of in-store experiences in the showroom.
• Collaborate with external agencies to create retail presentations.

Key Skills:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

• Proven track record with 5+ years' experience in retail marketing for multinational organizations.
• Strong understanding of retail and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies and internal teams.
• Capacity for strategic and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Native-level English proficiency, with flawless writing skills and a keen eye for detail.
