Restaurant & Bar Manager

For a new opening of an independent Luxury Boutique Hotel, we are looking for a Restaurant & Bar Manager (m/f/d). In this position, you will be responsible for the entire F&B service area. We want to be a pioneer in the market both in terms of quality and business management. The special thing is that co-designing and creating a completely new brand will make up a large part of the work.

We will be happy to provide information about the exact description of the activities, the concept and, above all, the special features in a personal conversation.

Your tasks

• Leading the F&B Service Team
• Guest service
• Table service
• Creation and editing of beverage lists including wine lists
• Contact person for team and guests
• Ordering
• Responsible for all tasks that arise in the F&B service
• Close consultations with the chef
• Part of the department head team

• Completed vocational training
• Joy and fun in gastronomy
• Professional experience in the upscale gastronomy/hotel industry
• Creativity and team spirit
• Curiosity and desire to take the next step
• Independent and structured way of working
• Organizational talent and flexibility
• Motivation, resilience and reliability
