Regional Sales Manager Bavaria (m/f/x)

Our family-run company based in Haren (Ems), Germany, is growing at a fast pace and we are actively looking for qualified and dedicated team players to join us locally, internationally and beyond.

We are continuing to grow! We are therefore looking for a Regional Sales Manager Bavaria (m/f/x) who will be responsible for managing, supporting and developing the sales team in the south-east region (postcode areas 90-97, 82-87, 89) and will also deal with strategic issues.

Your Future Role

  • Management of the south-east Germany sales team (7 office-based and 6 field sales staff, 1 project manager) and support in the acquisition of projects and customers
  • Strategic and sustainable expansion of business in this region
  • Commercial management of the branch in Moosburg
  • Full sales and profit responsibility for our customers in the Bavarian market
  • Expansion and promotion of long-term, trusting and sustainable customer relationships
  • Supporting the regional sales representatives in price and contract negotiations with customers
  • Collaboration and coordination with other ELA departments

What You Bring To The Team

  • Successfully completed business or technical studies (Bachelor/Master), e.g. in the field of (industrial) engineering, sales, marketing or comparable qualification
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a key account manager, sales manager or similar, preferably in the field of modular construction, preferably with management responsibility
  • Strong technical expertise and very good negotiating skills
  • High willingness to travel
  • Live near Moosburg, as the internal sales staff work at the branch in 85368 Moosburg
  • Business fluent in English
  • Ideally knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or SAP as well as Salesforce
