Responsibilities:

• Regional growth and development of the Finance team, specifically in FP&A forecasting, cash flow
• management, monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing in HGB, as well as IFRS consolidation towards the
• Group.
• Implementing reporting standards to ensure consistent and accurate financial reporting.
• Overseeing financial post-merger integration to ensure seamless consolidation of financial operations.
• Providing M&A advisory to support strategic acquisition and merger decisions.
• Managing liquidity to ensure optimal cash flow and financial stability.
• Conducting advanced FP&A to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Cooperation with the Shared Services Center (SSC) to ensure efficient financial processes and support.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A robust track record of success previously as a Head of Finance, local CFO or CFO of a smaller business.
• Strong communications skills.
• Work experience in a relevant industry sector.
• Strong finance skills, specifically in accounting (HGB and IFRS), FP&A and cash flow management.
