Carrying out financial analyses and projects as well as supporting process optimization in the area of finance
Preparation and communication of internal meetings (e.g. Management Board meetings, Supervisory Board meetings) and external inquiries (e.g. inquiries from financial partners)
Preparation of presentations and documents
Support with mergers & acquisitions (M&A) processes
Coordination of appointments and business trips together with the back office
Support in the preparation and compilation of financial reports
Requirements:
Relevant degree (e.g. business administration, economics, computer science), ideally a Master's degree
At least two years of experience in a comparable field or in a consultancy (financial systems, economic systems, etc.)
You are able to communicate effectively and collaborate with different stakeholders and decision makers
You work in an analytical and structured manner and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics
You have the ability to understand, effectively break down, solve and then present complex problems
You are comfortable in the dynamic environment of a private equity portfolio company
