Recruiter

Must Haves:

• Must be German/English bilingual

• 1-2 years of enterprise level recruitment experience (or experience as a Human Resource Generalist with recruitment exposure and understanding)

• Process oriented individual, great relationship building

• Ability to recruit talent in supply chain sector throughout Germany and Europe

Plusses:

• Global recruitment experience

• Industry relevant experience (supply chain, aerospace)

• Experience recruiting for material handlers, shipping and receiving clerks, supply chain operations related roles

Day to Day:

This recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment of 20 positions monthly on average. Being a large aerospace distribution company, they will primarily be responsible for the recruitment of material handlers, shipping and receiving in supply chain operations, and other quality control related positions. They will engage in college and community events to identify talent, as well as perform outbound recruitment for skillsets throughout Germany, UK, France, Italy with local support, and occasionally roles in Singapore.
