Day to Day:
This recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment of 20 positions monthly on average. Being a large aerospace distribution company, they will primarily be responsible for the recruitment of material handlers, shipping and receiving in supply chain operations, and other quality control related positions. They will engage in college and community events to identify talent, as well as perform outbound recruitment for skillsets throughout Germany, UK, France, Italy with local support, and occasionally roles in Singapore.
