Eram Talent is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist for our Yacht Club in Saudi Arabia. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Your main responsibilities will include greeting and checking in members and guests, managing phone inquiries, and providing information about the yacht club facilities and services. You will also assist with reservations, handle guest requests and concerns, and maintain accurate records.
The ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a luxury setting.
Requirements
Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
Experience in a yacht club or luxury hospitality environment is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
