Our mission is to give wings and wisdom to stories, transforming them into a strong entertainment package. Pocket FM has grown to 80 million listeners, spending an average of over 115 minutes every day, while the total streaming on the app counts to over 4 billion minutes monthly.

Your Role will Include:

● Creating promos and trailers for shows.

● Looking at broad market trends and content preferences of existing and new users, and pick shows accordingly.

● Creating, ideating, and conceptualizing the content/themes of the promos.

● Most of your time will be spent writing promos in ways that capture the user’s attention.

● Working with and directing voice-over artists (Vos), sound engineers (Sound Design), and motion graphics artists (Promo Design) to bring the work to life.

● Tracking the performance of the creatives/content and using data to further

improve your promos.

● Researching the latest content trends and user emotions, working closely with the content team to ensure alignment for all creative output.

● Writing interesting and engaging copy.

● Passion for content marketing and copywriting.

● Ensuring that all shows have the best quality promotional support.

We are looking for somebody who:

● Has a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience writing and editing scripts.

● Is fluent in reading and writing content in English and translating to German.

● Has work experience creating marketing content.

● Has experience creating content for social media platforms including Facebook and YouTube.

● Understands what content will sell and help grow audiences.

● Understand the German market and best communication styles for the audience and users.

● Has worked for English or German language TV channels or in Advertising, the Video OTT industry, or the Media industry.

● Has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Has expert communication and organizational skills.

● Enjoys troubleshooting and finding creative solutions to tasks.
