The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Communication for projects & programs for internal and external stakeholders
• Managing the oversight and coordination of different subprojects, aligning different project plans according resources and priority
• Steady collaboration with other departments, mainly production departments focusing on various processes for GMP manufacturing areas
• Managing project budget in SAP
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in GMP-environment needed
• Successful completion of operational excellence tasks in the past
• Extensive experience in project management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Fluent German and English
