You already have loads of experience in projects of any size, products of any technology and know the agile process by heart. You are a bodyguard who keeps the operational background of your projects together and your customers love working with you, as they see that “Control” is your middle name.
What you’ll do
You’ll manage projects of any size independently.
You will be part of multiple project teams and you can work on several projects at the same time. At least 2 - 3, because you can easily focus on different topics and ToDos without ever losing sight of the bigger picture.
You’ll lead internal meetings as well as appointments with your clients and guide all participants through them with confidence as well as present regularly.
You’ll be responsible for setting up your project reporting and have your project budgets firmly under control at all times, so that you can take full responsibility of project budget and profitability.
In general you’ll be the main contact person for all internal and external stakeholders for budgets, ressources, teams and negotiations regarding your projects.
You’ll work closely with our sales team and support in pitches and tenders.
You’ll plan your project teams with your project lead and account manager, keep an eye on the workload of each individual, and communicate the planning regularly to the project and the account team.
You’ll be responsible for all your tasks and work self-organized and independently.
What you bring
You already have a diverse experience in managing projects and budgets.
Due to your experience, you’ll be able to recognize improvement potential and introduce new solutions as soon as you identify them regarding your projects & the organization.
You can present your projects in English and German to various stakeholders and explain complex issues in an understandable way.
Quality assurance is barely required for you, as you have all the important structures and processes of project management as routines established.
You have already worked with several clients of different sizes and therefore feel comfortable with any clients and projects.
You are trained in negotiating with clients.
