YOUR TASKS 📋
Manage & Work on Projects: Lead content projects, recruit and coordinate freelancers, oversee demand management, quality control, and project development.
SEO Strategy: Learn and implement our SEO strategy across your projects.
Utilize AI Tools: Use AI for process optimization and content creation.
Process Design: Develop and implement processes to meet and enhance our quality standards.
KPI Management: Establish and evaluate KPIs to manage your projects successfully.
Analyze & Learn: Derive key insights from your analyses to inform and improve your department and other editorial teams.
Develop Projects: Optimize workflows, adapt to new technologies and market changes.
Feedback & Development: Hold regular feedback meetings, identify strengths, and ensure optimal use and development of each team member.
Support Editorial Goals: As an experienced project manager, support the editorial team in achieving our goals.
YOUR PROFILE 📝
Successfully completed studies or training.
At least three years of professional experience in project management and/or as a team lead.
Exceptional organizational skills, even with complex tasks.
Passion for well-researched, clear, and error-free texts and an interest in consumer issues.
SEO and AI knowledge are a plus but not required.
Interest in self-development and advancing promising projects.
Ambitious with high standards for quality work.
Native-level German and good English proficiency.
