Experience and Qualifications required.

The selected candidate should have:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Project Management with a strong engineering background.

• Minimum of 6 years of Oil & Gas experience.

• Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time.

• Experience in managing a portfolio of 10-15 small (<2m$) capex projects.

• Strong ability to manage contractors safely.

• Good knowledge of the inter-disciplinary engineering fundamentals as applied to Terminals and Depots/refineries.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to draw upon EU and global experience and knowledge.

• Strong engagement skills

• Technical background.

• German & English speaking

Position description - Purpose

• Manage the execution of the key Capex projects in Germany, from the project initiation stage to commissioning (decision gates system), through the dedicated project task forces. The estimated cost of the assigned projects is in the range of 1-10 M USD.

• The project manager will be overall responsible for establishing the project scope, ensuring appropriate project management, and appointing qualified and experienced consultants and contractors in coordination with the relevant Facility Engineer, to ensure the projects will be delivered safely, on time, on cost, and with the required quality (technically and operational).

Position description – Accountabilities Project Initiation -

• Develop the scope of the project through the various project stakeholders.

• Develop and implement a Project Execution Plan to deliver the goal and strategies of the project.

Project Execution - Manage the execution of the project to ensure that the terminal is constructed without any HSSE incidents, with budget and schedule.

This shall include:

• Manage the EPCM/EPC consultant to carry out and deliver the design engineering packages, tender documents, technical specifications, and all other deliverables expected from the consultant.
