Project Manager

The role: Our Project Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing aerospace projects throughout the full project lifecycle. You will be primarily responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget, and maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards in our aerospace projects.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing projects related to aerospace ME domain, ensuring the project is completed within budget, timeline, and scope.
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations and ensuring that the project meets their needs.
• Implementing ITIL and COBIT frameworks to ensure the project meets industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technical experts, to ensure project success.
• Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure that the project meets quality standards.
• Managing project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.
• Providing leadership and guidance to the project team to ensure that they are motivated and working effectively towards project goals.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in aerospace project management, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
• Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and make sound decisions.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
