Tasks

• Responsibility for the definition, development and continuous improvement of processes in the production area and the interfaces
• Defining and mapping relevant data in the ERP system and creating documents (e.g. work and test instructions)
• Implementation of optimization workshops along the value stream
• Design, optimization and standardization of production processes and workplaces according to lean methods in coordination with the departments involved
• Reviewing vertical integration and developing decision templates for cost-efficient production or outsourcing
  
  

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
• Several years of professional experience in the production / planning environment, ideally in the aviation industry
• Profound ERP knowledge and confident handling of MS Office
• Strong team player who actively shapes and drives change
• Strong analytical thinking, assertiveness and initiative
• Solid knowledge of lean and moderation is an advantage
• Initial practical experience in time management an advantage
