As part of Camtek's growth we recently acquired FRT Metrology.

FRT Metrology manufactures 3D surface measurement technology for research and production. Our high-precision measuring instruments are based on the SurfaceSens™ multi-sensor concept and are equipped with in-house developed software.

The multiple award-winning measuring systems provide (also fully automatically) information about the topography, step height, roughness, layer thickness and many other parameters, contact-free and non-destructive. Depending on the application, different measuring methods can be combined with point, line, area and layer thickness sensors and atomic force microscopy in one measuring instrument - measuring ranges can vary from meters to sub-nanometers.

Integration Engineer

Produktionsingenieur*in (m/w/d)

Aufgabenbereich:

Aufbau und Test von Oberflächenmessgeräten

Einrichtung, Parametrierung und Justage der Anlagenkomponenten

Fehleranalysen und Anpassung von Einstellparametern in der Antriebs- und Regelungstechnik von komplexen Anlagen

Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Inbetriebnahme im In- und Ausland

Qualifikation:

Studium im Bereich der angewandten Ingenieurwissenschaften, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einem ähnlichen technischen Fachgebiet

Kenntnisse in der optischen Messtechnik wie Mikroskopie oder Weißlichtinterferometrie

Grundkenntnisse in Aufbau und Montage von Anlagen und Maschinen.

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

In English:

Responsibilities:

Setting up and testing surface measuring devices

Setting up, parameterizing and adjusting system components

Error analysis and adjustment of setting parameters in the drive and control technology of complex systems

Independent and autonomous commissioning at home and abroad

Qualifications:

Education in practical mechanical/electrical engineering, automation technology or a similar technical field

Experience with optical techniques like microscopy or white light interferometry

Basic knowledge of the design and assembly of systems and machines

Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
