About People & Culture (P&C) Technology
In the People Insights & Technology team, the P&C Technology Area of Practice (AoP) provides expertise, partnership and product ownership of our enabling technology with the vision of creating a seamless digital P&C experience to unlock greatness in our people and our organization.
Your opportunity:
As Product Owner - HR Service Delivery Portal, you will be a part of the People & Culture (P&C - formerly HR) organization, and you will be the single person who is empowered and responsible for the success of the HR Service Delivery Portal and virtual agent in ServiceNow and for maximizing the value of the Product. You will be the liaison between the stakeholders/customers, and the scrum team, and partner with other P&C Product Owners, the P&C Servicenow Product Manager and IT collaborators (System Managers, Business Analysts, the Enterprise Platform representatives) to stay consistent with the broader vision and overall strategy of the ServiceNow platform. You will be the liaison between the stakeholders/customers, and the scrum team, and partner with other P&C Product Owners, the P&C Servicenow Product Manager and IT collaborators (System Managers, Business Analysts, the Enterprise Platform representatives) to stay consistent with the broader vision and overall strategy of the ServiceNow platform. Your key responsibilities are:
- Developing and managing key stakeholder relationships and communications to partner in a proactive and customer centric way
- Deeply understanding and representing customer needs and wants, using these insights to inform the roadmap and priorities and create a shared vision across larger teams
- Collaborating with peers and SMEs/squads cross-functionally, working efficiently in communities, networks
- Bridging the gap between technical team members and non-technical stakeholders by blending technical proficiency with empathy and high-level communication skills
- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the product capabilities and features as well other competitive solutions
- Translating objectives (Value) into requirements (MVP)
- You have a Technical Product and/or Project Management experience
- You are familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFE or Kanban
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions
- You are committed to providing exceptional customer experience
- You have a strong functional understanding of core P&C business terminology, processes and practices; ServiceNow portal implementation/portal ownership experience is a plus
