🔍 Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Become the owner of the data in the organization
Collaborate with our product and growth teams to shape the strategy and roadmap for our mobile and web applications.
Analyze data and KPIs to uncover insights and opportunities for enhancing user experience and driving growth.
Drive projects to identify key levers for user growth, retention, and revenue optimization.
Implement and execute the vision and strategy of our product across multiple markets.
Conduct deep analysis on user behavior and market trends to inform product development decisions.
Foster a growth mindset and continuously seek learning opportunities for yourself and the team.
👤 Who You Are:
You have experience working very closely with product or growth team
You have a personal interest in brain training and cognitive improvement.
Strong experience with SQL, BigQuery, and PostgreSQL.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in BI analysis or data product management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Bonus: Advanced knowledge of R or Python, experience with A/B testing, and basic proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
