Producer (m/f/d) 

Our client specializes in developing games and gamified apps for mobile devices, VR, MR, PC, and consoles. We are committed to creating cutting-edge products and technologies with potential applications beyond the gaming industry. We are currently seeking professionals to join our collaborative and driven team based in Germany.

Your Role: 

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of gaming titles, from production to launch 

• Establish and uphold a clear, unified, and innovative vision for the game 

• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

• Support business development efforts by pitching new products, networking at conferences, and fostering partnerships

• Manage scheduling, task prioritization, and resource allocation

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for the development of specific game titles

• Your Qualifications: 

• At least 3 years of project management experience in the gaming industry

• Strong attention to detail, timely follow-up, and effective time management skills

• Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and follow and give direction

• Demonstrated initiative while also excelling in collaborative environments

• Deep passion for creating video games

Your Qualifications: 

• Strong communication skills and extensive experience working in teams 

• Proficient in utilizing project-management tools like Jira 

• In-depth knowledge of project-management methodologies like Scrum and Kanban 

• Experience in mobile development using Unity or Unreal Engine
