Process Expert Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing software to verify material conformity.
• Develop a system for assessing process performance.
• Implement continuous evaluation of supply chain process KPIs.
• Enhance data analysis in the supply chain by broadening data sources and using visualizations.
• Establish a framework for defining supply chain master data.
• Review and adapt master data according to the established framework in collaboration with subject matter experts and master data management/IT teams.
• Create, maintain, and design supply chain master data in ERP and related systems.
• Develop master data and business process flow diagrams.
• Troubleshoot ERP execution issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a supply chain-related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain and data analytics, ideally within a manufacturing company.
• Ability to learn new systems, achieve goals independently, and work autonomously within a matrix organization.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible approach with a strong team spirit.
• Proficient in advanced IT tasks (SAP, MS Office, Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and German.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
