About the Team
The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly motivated with a positive attitude, and exhibits patience, teamwork, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities
- Manage and improve payroll operations across multiple countries in Europe, especially Germany.
- Effectively manage payroll vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA.
- Develop relationships with local authorities, including Social Security, Tax, etc.
- Partner with other teams under HR Operations as well as HR Business Partners to upgrade employee experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- A proven track record of in-house payroll operation in Europe, especially Germany
- Payroll and tax knowledge about European markets, especially Germany.
- Solid vendor management and project management skills.
- Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in German is a must as the role will need to translate documents from English to German and vice versa.

Preferred Qualification
- 3+ years of relevant experience would be considered an advantage.
