We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at Eram Talent in Saudi Arabia. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods that meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute pastry menus that showcase creativity and innovation
Prepare a variety of desserts, including cakes, cookies, tarts, and pastries
Create unique and visually appealing pastry presentations
Ensure proper storage and handling of all pastry ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry section
Manage inventory and order necessary supplies
Train and supervise pastry staff
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Stay updated on current trends and techniques in pastry making
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
Creative and artistic skills in pastry decoration
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Valid culinary certification or degree in pastry arts
Fluency in English is required
