Marketing Manager - Events and Partnerships (f/m/d)

Your mission:

  • Plan, organize, and execute tradeshows and events to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to co-create marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and partner opportunities.
  • Create compelling marketing content, including event materials, partner co-branded assets, and promotional materials.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of event and partner marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.

Your profile:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with examples of previous work in event and partner marketing.
  • Marketing experience in event management and partner collaboration.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and roadmaps.
  • Hands-on experience in a small team environment, managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on event planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite) and content creation software.
  • Excellent storytelling skills and confidence in writing both English and German copy.

Nice to have:

  • Working in a startup environment
  • Have experience in adjusting marketing for different cultures (US, Australia, France, Spain)
  • Further language skills (French, Spanish)
