Requirements
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns for e-commerce and lead generation clients
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement
Create and manage ad copy and landing pages to maximize conversion rates
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing
Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and goals
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns for e-commerce and lead generation
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Availability for 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility to work in EST or CET time zones
Freelance employment status
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (DTC) industry is a plus
