We're seeking a passionate Operations Program Manager to bolster our team and drive our mission forward. In this role, you'll oversee our network of contract manufacturers and sub-suppliers, spearheading initiatives such as New Product Introduction (NPI) and managing the Product Life Cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Selecting and overseeing Contract Manufacturers and Sub-Suppliers.
• Set up / improve manufacturing processes.
• Conducting audits of key suppliers.
• Planning prototypes and pre-production phases.
• Procuring tooling, fixtures, and testing equipment.
• Ensuring material and production readiness.
• Providing support for Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
• Monitoring production processes.
