Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline, responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive "hunter," eager to learn, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and research potential customers in the data center telecommunications sector.
- Reach out to prospects through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Qualifications:
- Strong passion for sales and a "hunter" mentality.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
- A desire to grow and advance within the company.
