Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer - Water Dispenser to lead the innovation and enhancement of our water dispenser products in Stuttgart, Germany. The ideal candidate will oversee the development of new products from conception to mass production, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of the market.

Key Duties:

• Spearhead the comprehensive design process and development of new water dispenser products, focusing on enhancing functionality, manufacturability, and quality while customizing products to diverse requirements.
• Oversee the progression of new product development stages, collaborate with the main office on aspects such as mold development, pilot production, certification, and large-scale manufacturing, and address any technical challenges encountered.
• Commit to the ongoing refinement of product quality, cost reduction, and competitive strengthening of the product line.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the development of drinking water appliances, demonstrating the ability to independently design the complete appliance and its components.
• Expertise in platform-based and modular product design, with proficiency in utilizing design software like CREO and CAD.
• Knowledgeable about product reliability design standards and familiar with the production process.
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and coordination skills, ready to tackle complex challenges.
• Proficiency in English as a working language, with strong communicative and collaborative skills, a high sense of responsibility, and an eagerness to learn.
