Your job and main tasks
Participate in the definition of specifications for Electrolyzer (Alkaline Stack)
Write the technical documentation for new products
Independent development and design of stack assemblies and subcomponents
FEA simulation, Hydraulic design of components (CFD simulations preferable)
Development of 3D models using CAD systems, SolidWorks
Preparation of data sheets and specifications of plant components
Support and development of the design process from conception to production
Request quotations of subcontractors to produce mechanical sub-assemblies
Manage the subcontracting of studies and productions
Participate and validate the elaboration of the manufacturing ranges with the methods/production team
Your profile
completed studies in engineering in the field of mechanical engineering
several years of relevant professional experience in the design and development of components, and ideally experience with hydrogen & pressure vessel
very good knowledge of CAD-based design SolidWorks
very good knowledge of MS Office applications
fluent written and spoken English and German; Italian or French is an advantage
willingness to travel
