Your Tasks

Social Media Marketing

  • Work with and manage 3 rd party agency to develop and manage a social media marketing plan to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive traffic to our website for Opteinics.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, videos, and graphics, that align with the unique identity of Opteinics and resonate with our target audiences.
  • Manage all social media accounts for Opteinics, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and project management, to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with overall business objectives for both brands.
  • Monitor industry news and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and maintain a competitive edge in the market for both brands.

Campaign Marketing

  • Create, execute, and measure multi-channel B2B lead generation programs for Opteinics.
  • Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams to refine messaging and optimise outreach strategies.
  • Implement Hubspot marketing module to track lead funnel and measure marketing campaign performance.

Key Experiences & Competencies

  • Experience with B2B Campaign Marketing and B2B Social Media (LinkedIn, Google Business ideally).
  • Hubspot knowledge essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
