Marketing Manager Europe - to be based remotely anywhere in Germany

Tasks:

• Plan and execute the PV marketing plan in Europe, ensuring alignment with the global branding objectives ,and the European business targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing strategies aligned with EU business objectives and different regional targets. Provide strategic guidance based on market trends, competitive landscape, and product development status.
• Collaborate closely with EU sales, product management, BDM, ESG, technical service teams to understand their needs and create materials that meet their requirements and to provide relevant brand assets.
• Become a focal point of contact for the distribution customers in EU.
• Collaborate with different Regional Marketing teams, determine and manage all aspects of the product promotion strategy including new launches and upgrades.
• Create compelling and informative/technical content for various marketing channels; Creating case studies and technical reference cases based on current & future projects using customer data. Strong relationship building with regional media outlets.
• Plan, manage and execute regional events, coordinate logistics, including product showcase, promotional materials, and staffing; Attend industry conferences and exhibitions to track industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study
• Relevant years of experience working in a product marketing role, within the European scope
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in the Solar industry
• Excellent command of English, any other European language (German or French)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexible, creative, and hands-on
• Able to balance multiple projects and work under pressure within budget
• Manage complexity and its implications within projects
• Insists on high implementation standards i.e. striking a balance of speed and quality, prioritization and manage expectations where appropriate
• Structured and independent way of working with outstanding ability to work in a cross functional team
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Flexible in traveling abroad to support different markets and do presentations at conferences.
