In this role, marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing, aligning and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire European marketing organization in order to attract consumers and retain existing ones. He/She generally work in corporate environments as part of a larger marketing, creative, communications or digital team. As part of an organization, He/She play a critical role in aligning creative direction in alignment with brand and PR, Social Media goal.
Works directy with senior management of the organization to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns
Provides leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan for EU subsidiary and the stakeholder organization
Works seamlessly with Business units and sales department to enhance overall consumer journey/experience to maximize business result
Establishes and implements short and long range marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the organization; evaluates program effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement
Develops and manages annual marketing budgets for the organization, regularly monitors expenditures; prepares summary assessments and reports
Identify business opportunities based on Marketing/Analytics Manager’s analysis and mobilize key internal/external stakeholders for new initiatives to achieve better business results
Enhance internal capabilities of digital/data-based decision making and optimization process across the organization
Initiates and implements direct outreach marketing efforts to potential external customers on behalf the unit's programs and services
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study
Ideally with experience of the Consumer Electronics industry / passion for tech
Co-work with subsidiary marketing team in charge of development & delivery of Marketing/digital projects (optimising owned, earned & paid platforms) to deliver brand/commercial goals
Able to demonstrate strategies and achievement to balance commercial, customer and consumer motivations to deliver outstanding results
Demonstrate fluid understanding of digital advertising options via retailers, websites, social media channels together with a thorough understanding of KPI setting and measurements
Agency management experience
Able to balance multiple projects and work to aggressive time scales within budget. Manage complexity and its implications within projects
Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management
