About the Role:

I am seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead the exhibitions marketing team in my client's company based in Berlin. This role is pivotal in strategising, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing and communications plans. The office is based in Berlin therefore you must be local and speak fluent German.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Direct and manage marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of regional and international exhibitions.
• Campaign Development: Create innovative marketing campaigns and oversee the production of marketing collateral.
• Team Management: Lead and inspire the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration with project directors and managers.
• Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue through creative marketing and PR campaigns.
• Event Management: Oversee onsite activities such as press conferences and media centres during exhibitions.
• Brand Compliance: Ensure adherence to identity guidelines by internal departments and external agencies.
