Your Tasks

At Beiersdorf, we are committed to enabling digital transformation across our organization. Our Process Automation team is a trusted partner to all business functions, implementing end-to-end solutions to digitalize, automate, and optimize business processes. We are looking for a passionate “Manager Process Automation” to lead our team and drive our automation initiatives forward.

Our team consists of highly motivated and experienced automation engineers from various professional backgrounds. As a team, we own Beiersdorf's automation, task orchestration, and RPA platforms. We are part of Beiersdorf’s AI & Automation organization.

Your Tasks

• Lead the development and implementation of process automation initiatives across the organization ensuring alignment with Beiersdorf’s overall digital transformation strategy.
• Work closely with our internal partners and stakeholders, including the teams for application development, artificial intelligence, Enterprise Architecture, other IT units and digital business teams, to align strategies, objectives and resources.
• Further develop our Process Automation ecosystem across the entire Beiersdorf organization, including Citizen Development.
• Further develop our process automation strategy and strategic automation platforms.
• Manage our Process Automation team, including the development of team members, assessing performance and ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
• Manage resources, including staffing of people to projects and project budgets, to ensure successful delivery in time and budget.
  
  

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Computer Science or in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in process automation, with a proven track record of success
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from start to finish
• Extensive knowledge of general process automation concepts like BPM, RPA, hyperautomation and practical experience in building and maintaining such solutions
• Work experience with automation platforms like ServiceNow, AutomationAnywhere, UIPath, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Written and spoken English. German is a plus
