Tasks
Creating and providing text, graphics and video content for various communication channels
Maintaining and creating content on our own channels such as the website in cooperation with the relevant departments
Supporting and continuous expansing Lufthansa Insights, the Lufthansa communication ecosystem on our own channels along the customer journey
Creating texts and layouts for newsletters in consultation with the Direct Marketing Manager
Independent creating and producting smaller communication measures, such as flyers or internal presentations
Supervisioning the content management system (Frontify)
Success analyzing and reporting current content, as well as derivating optimizations

Requirements
You will fit in with us as a Manager Content Creation (m/f/diverse) if you meet the following requirements:
Completed studies, ideally in the field of media marketing, communication or media studies
4-5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of content production, ideally working for an agency
Very good knowledge of common content creation tools for creating text, graphics and video
Converting information into good storytelling is easy for you and thinking about SEO when copywriting is a matter of course for you
A graphic eye helps you plan and create image and video content
Good knowledge of campaign management
Goal-oriented, structured and independent way of working
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
