M&A Analyst - Corporate

Their cutting-edge technology significantly enhances efficiency, streamlining operations for businesses globally. They are based in the heart of Frankfurt, a vibrant hub for finance and technology. They are seeking a highly motivated M&A Corporate Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential M&A opportunities.
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on target companies.
• Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration of acquired companies.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Support negotiations and the structuring of M&A transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
