We are looking for a team member as “Logistics Coordination - Smart Mobility Device & Parts (f/m/d)” to join us in Stuttgart.

You will need…

• university degree in business administration with focus logistic or comparable education
• minimum 3 years experience in automotive industry
• high degree of initiative and process orientation
• ability to work in cross-functional processes with interdisciplinary teams
• proficient in written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• willingness to travel internationally

Your responsibility is to…

• develop and implement concept of supply chain and logistics for parts, accessories, merchandising and vehicles
• negotiate delivery contracts with suppliers
• ensure a smooth process for the import process for the import process of vehicle and parts
• monitor and check all relevant legal requirements
• analyze and evaluate process costs using suitable key figures and derive recommendation measures to improve
• develop delivery plans and forecasts
• prepare reports, statistics to monitor and steer national as well international transport processes
• ensure timely and quality delivery
• minimize delivery delays and failures
