Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal support to the Company's daily operations matters on which legal advice and services are necessary or desirable. Such legal support include drafting, revising and negotiating legal documents in both German and English;

2. Provide practical, effective and solution-based legal advice for daily business. Conduct investigation and research of relevant laws;

3. Provide training to Company staff on German laws and regulations.

4. Handle disputes, litigation and government investigation.

5. Implement compliance policies and establish compliance procedures.

6. Perform other duties as assigned.

7. Manage corporate governance of German entities.

8. Handle labor issues and disputes.

Qualifications:

1. Master or above law degree, passed the second legal state exam.

2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in an MNC company or a reputable law firm.

3. Familiarity with new energy industry or products - especially construction of factory, purchasing of material or machines, labor-related issues - would be advantageous.

4. Proficiency in Deutsch and English is a must.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Good team player but able to work independently.
