Lean Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Introduction and implementation CPS(CATL Production System) standard and drive continous improvement;
2. Support lean engineer to implement lean philosophy in the shop floor according to the LEAN methods (5S method, MUDA, Kaizen, KVP, PDCA, SMED, TPM, value stream analysis);
3. Identifying waste and work steps that do not contribute to value creation;
4. Drive and audit 5S management in all area of the shop floor (production area, logistics area, other area);
5. Implement visual management, plan and maintain exhibition boards and marking in the shopfloor to provide clear guide;
6. Followi up action to improve per internal audit and production line release audit;
7. Lead on cost saving idea program to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above ; Mechanical Engineering, industrial engineering, logistics management, business operation management and other related majors would be prefered;
2. At least 3 years' experience in the automotive industry or other manufacturing industry, familiar with operation management or lean/continuous improvementI, industrial engineering;
3. Familiar with MS Office, SAP, data understanding, data analysis, operation management, lean improvement, 5S management, cost management, quality tools and common quality improvement techniques; Could also successfully completed vocational training or experience in a comparable function;
4. Have good understanding of industrial processes, quick response for problem solving;
5. Fluent in English and German, Chinese is preferred;
