I am currently searching for a Land Acquisition Manager (Utility scale Solar/BESS). My client are a one of Europe's leading IPP's, they have secure funding and an impressive pipeline of projects.
As a Land Manager your role will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential locations for PV/BESS projects in Germany.
The client will be looking for the following:
Lead the land origination and acquisition opportunities for utility - scale greenfield solar and BESS.
Develop and manage positive relationships with landowners, landowners’ solicitors, and agents to maintain existing opportunities and seek new ones.
Oversee and manage the drafting and completion of land agreements.
Instruct and manage land agents, consultants, and external solicitors in relation to securing land agreements.
Provide regular reports on the progress of negotiations
Requirements:
Land Manager experience in Renewable energy sector
German Fluent
Large Scale Project experience is essential
Experience in managing, negotiating, and securing land and other property related agreements.
