Your Role

• In this position, you will support the development of new dairy products and ice cream creations
• You will create product samples according to specified recipes
• You will actively participate in tastings and contribute to product development
• In addition to practical tasks in the laboratory, such as preparing fruit preparations, conducting quality tests, and freezing ice cream samples, recipe maintenance is also a key part of your work
• You will have a varied workday between the laboratory and meetings with your colleagues.
• You will be responsible for organizing the raw material inventory and maintaining the laboratory equipment
• For optimal traceability, you will document the development results in the project management system
  
  

Your Profile

• You have completed your training as a laboratory technician (m/f/d), food technology specialist (m/f/d), confectioner (m/f/d), or a comparable education/training
• Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in the food industry
• You stand out for your communication and teamwork skills
• Your work is characterized by responsibility, excellent organization, and precision
• You approach challenges in a results- and success-oriented manner
• Your English skills are at a good level
