Position Overview:


As the Key Account Manager for this consumer goods client in Germany, you will take over key retail sales relationships (Media Markt, Expert, Euronics, etc.), manage the field sales team, and oversee the overall sales strategy. This role offers the opportunity to operate as if running your own business within the company and there is a lot of progression on offer.



Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a hands-on, results-driven sales strategy to establish and expand brands in the German market.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and other strategic stakeholders.



Who We Are Looking For:


  • Proven track record of success in a hands-on sales environment.
  • Experience with Media Markt, Euronics, or Expert.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the German consumer goods market, with a keen awareness of industry trends.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to adapt and thrive in a startup culture.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and proactive in a fast-paced startup setting.

Salary is approximately €100,000 fixed, plus a bonus of around €15,000.
