Our client is a leading manufacturer of metal and plastic components with a focus on brakes, motors, gearboxes and professional power tools.


They are seeking an Automotive Key Account Manager (m/w/d).


Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for clients.
  • You will be in charge of new business acquisitions, critical national and international client consultation and support.
  • The creation, upkeep, and expansion of customer relationships.
  • Working with internal departments including product development, design, purchasing, quality assurance, and logistics.
  • You will oversee both new and ongoing projects.
  • Preparing offers and cost estimates for the acquisition and series development processes.
  • Participating and representing the company in trade shows and sales events.


Your Qualifications and Requirements:

  • You possess a solid background in technical sales, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • A commercial or technical degree, or equivalent training and additional study.
  • A robust technical comprehension and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication abilities and politeness.
  • We need you to be confident with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Have good written and spoken German and English communication skills.
  • Be open to travelling both domestically and abroad.
