What are you convincing us with?
Graduate from a Commercial education or Hotel Management school on Bachelor level.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the hotel and/or airline industry
Fluent written and verbal communication of English and German
Action oriented & pro-active business approach
Excellent level of communication and negotiation skills
Flexible and independent working approach
Ability to travel as and when business needs demand
As the Sales Manager Airlines you are the ambassador of the airline segment responsible for the results of all hotels within your Region, as well as national and international sales for your account portfolio. Your extensive network within the area will help you in client acquisition and to identify potential sales. Your sound knowledge of local markets will enable you to be up to date on competitor, client, and market trends.
What you can expect:
Managing and developing of your account portfolio and contracting national and international hotels for your customers
Organizing and conducting site inspections in and outside your business unit
Identification of potential sales, implementation of new airline customer acquisition, exploitation of cross-selling opportunities
Continuous market crew surveys - analysis of products, competitors, airline customers and market trends
Supporting the International Airline Sales Team with managing business via the main intermediaries, improve central and local activity alignment and execution, exchanging best practices
Preparing Strategies to make actions more concrete with detailed plans for your top 10 accounts
Airline Sales Team Report: manage account results, top and drop account monitoring.
Managing and coordinating new business opportunities within the intermediaries and divide among the team members
